Q: Who takes the pictures for the greeting cards?

A: The collection consists of selected images compiled by our photographer, John Dominé, who has chosen images he has shot over the past several years. (Back to top)

Q: Why did you choose PayPal for online payment?

A: We have chosen PayPal for our online transactions due to their excellent reputation for providing a secure way to purchase items on the Web. If, however, you are not comfortable ordering via PayPal (for whatever reason), you may complete our downloadable PDF and submit it online or print it out and send it along with your payment (cashier's check, credit card or money order). Q: If I choose not to sign up with PayPal, can I still place an order?

A: Although we are confident in PayPal's ability to provide secure online receipt of payments over the internet, we understand that you may not wish to sign up with the free service. We have made it easy to order by other methods as well. You may complete the Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) document and submit it on-line with your credit card information, or you may print it out and send it to us by mail, along with a cashier's check, a money order or your credit card information. Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?

A: Since all of our cards are hand-made and assembled at your request, orders will generally be processed within 2-3 days. Shipping will take an additional 7-10 days. In all, your order should be received within 2 weeks. (Back to top)

Q: Can I find out the status of my order?

A: Upon receipt of your order and payment, you will receive a notification by e-mail to verify that your order has been submitted and received by Dream Photo. If you do not receive your order within 10 days, please contact us at orders@dreamphotocards.com. (Back to top)

Q: Is there a price break if I buy a gift box?

A: All of our individual cards are reasonably priced at $3.50 each. You do, however, receive a reduced price for purchasing a gift box. Each gift box includes 10 cards, selected by the photographer, and is sold for $30.00. That's a $5.00 savings! Additionally, you will receive a bonus card from our Unreleased Collection, as selected by the photographer. In all, you'll receive 11 cards for $30.00. (Back to top)
